no, bo nie wszyscy szukają prac/kopii swoich prac. niemniej jednak jeżeli ktoś by zauważył, z pewnością ma prawo się czepnąć - gdyby ktoś mnie zapytał o pozwolenie, to zapewne wyraziłabym zgodę, ale gdybym zobaczyła bezkarny plagiat swojego rysunku, chyba wpadłabym w furię :)

Ja tam częściej słyszę o plagiatach w grach komputerowych.
Np. taka gra "Limbo of the Lost" ta gra jest jednym wielkim "zbiorem" gier.
Twórcy tylko "zapożyczyli" "troszkę" elementów z innych gier między innymi:
Poziomy, interfejs, wygląd ekwipunku, wygląd menu itp. xDDD

No dobrze ale nie o to chodzi, co się częściej słyszy. Mówię tylko co stanowi prawo. Wszystko jedno, czy to gra, literatura czy rysunek.
